How do I cancel my Pro subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone, find Focus On Yourself, and tap Cancel Subscription. You'll retain Pro access until the end of your billing period.

I switched phones. How do I restore my data?

Your check-in history and preferences sync via iCloud. Sign in to the same iCloud account on your new device, install the app, and your data will appear automatically within a few moments.

How do I restore my Pro purchase?

Open the app, go to Settings → Pro, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.

The AI affirmations feature isn't available. Why?

AI affirmations (powered by Apple Intelligence) require an iPhone 15 Pro or newer running iOS 26 or later. If your device or software doesn't meet these requirements, the feature won't appear.

I'm not receiving daily reminders.

Go to Settings → Notifications → Focus On Yourself and make sure notifications are allowed. Inside the app, you can toggle and reschedule your daily reminder in the Settings tab.

How do I add the widget to my Home Screen?

Long-press any empty area on your Home Screen, tap the + button in the top-left corner, and search for Focus On Yourself. You'll find a Mood widget and a Streak widget in various sizes. The widget updates automatically after each check-in.

The widget isn't showing my latest mood.

Widgets refresh shortly after you complete a check-in. If it seems stuck, try checking in again or restarting the app. Make sure you're signed in to iCloud so data syncs correctly between the app and the widget.

What is the Insights tab?

The Insights tab gives you a summary of your mood patterns over time — including your current and longest streaks, mood distribution, and trends across the past weeks. It updates automatically as you log more check-ins.

Where is my data stored?

All your data lives on your device and syncs privately through your iCloud account. We have no servers and never see your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
