Short version: Focus On Yourself does not collect, share, or sell your personal data. Your check-ins, mood history, and journal entries stay on your device and your private iCloud account. We operate a content server to deliver articles, meditations, and affirmations — it receives no personal data from you. We have no analytics and no third-party tracking.
Focus On Yourself stores the following data locally on your device and in your personal iCloud account:
This data is stored using Apple's iCloud (specifically iCloud Key-Value Store) with your personal iCloud account. It is never transmitted to our servers because we have none.

If you are signed in to iCloud, your app data syncs privately between your own Apple devices through Apple's iCloud infrastructure. This sync is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. We cannot see, access, or modify your iCloud data.
Focus On Yourself fetches content — articles, meditation sessions, affirmation text, and narration audio — from our content server and a CDN (Supabase Storage). These requests are anonymous: no personal data, device identifiers, or account information is included. The server logs only standard HTTP request metadata (URL path, timestamp, response code) for operational purposes, and this data is not linked to you.
Narration audio files are downloaded once and cached locally on your device. Subsequent plays use the cached file and involve no network requests.
On iOS 18 or later, Focus On Yourself can write your daily mood check-in to the Apple Health app as a State of Mind entry. This feature requires your explicit permission.
We do not share your personal data with any third party — ever. We use no advertising SDKs, no analytics frameworks, no crash reporting services, and no social integrations.
If you enable daily reminders, Focus On Yourself schedules local notifications on your device. These notifications are generated entirely on-device and involve no external servers or network requests.
On supported devices (iPhone 15 Pro or newer running iOS 26 or later), Focus On Yourself Pro can generate personalized affirmations using Apple Intelligence. All AI processing occurs entirely on-device via Apple's on-device models. No data is sent to any server — not ours, not Apple's AI servers — as part of this feature.
Focus On Yourself Pro subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment information. Subscription management is handled by Apple at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
Focus On Yourself is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since no data is transmitted to us at all, there is no risk of inadvertent collection from users of any age.
If we ever update this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date above and post the new version at this same URL. We will not reduce your privacy rights without clear notice in the app.
